(TFT) rules regarding healing?

What do you folks do for healing spells in your campaign? for me $150 a 
point for healing pot is a bit steep.

FIRST AID <Ancient> (FA, IQ 9, Costs 1, jg). Basic Physickering
(barbering). This is the ability to know how to take care of wounds. A
character with this talent can heal one point of wounds after combat or an
accident. In order to do this, the character MUST have a Physicker kit.
When a character has this talent, the Physicker talent costs 1 IQ point
less to learn. Of course the character must have an IQ of 11 to learn the
Physicker talent. 

FIRST AID/CPR <Modern> (IQ 9, Costs 1, Physicker/Medic costs 1 less if you
have this talent, cb). Allows a character to heal 1 hit as well as perform
Physicker/Medic revival. Physicker/Medic costs 1 less if you have this
Talent and vice versa. A Physicker/Medic kit is needed. This doesn't affect
Physicker/Medic Revival.
