Re: (TFT) apprentices



I think the point is that the apprenticeship rules would be biased towards the socio-economic place that magic occupies in a given setting.
Like most things roleplaying, to each his own....

Hold on, day laborers who aren't wizards pay _three_ slots for Aid, and
cast at -4 DX.

Assuming 11 DX, they need a 7 to cast.

They think they've just learned a skill along the lines of any other
3-slot skill, and they want to be payed like silversmiths, or whatever.
