Wow!  I hadn't realized that such effort had already gone into it!

I was just today reading a review on Ty Beard's site from 1980 by Ron
Pehr.  He liked the game, but bemoaned the lack of index, poor table of
contents, and haphazard arrangement, all of which seem to have been
addressed.

This sort of thing seems to parallel the CyberBoard gameboxes with
regards to copyrights, so perhaps a similar distribution scheme might be
in order.  I'll be back...
