Hmmmm....

Rick's way adds a whole new Talent Cost List.
Dan's way adds a new Table. 

Michael's way just adds an additional Calculation ("split IQ"). 

I still like Michael's way better as being the simplest and least
intrusive. You did ask what I thought...
