Ahhh one of the only good things about living in New York City, is that occasionally you get the street find of a lifetime. I knew several guys who were professional apartment cleaners. They'd clean ut apartments for land lords when people either died, or failed to pay rent and were evicted. One day my friends brought in a box of SEALED mini games, Chitin, Orb Quest, Rommels Panzers and a slew of other Metagaming products was mine in a heart beat. One of the few good things that has happened to me since I've lived here.
