Any wizard _can_ buy PO.  But PO won't help keep you alive like ST will,
so it's academics and purists that will have a lot of it.  Martial
magicians have some, but try to strike a balance.

I like these.  I hadn't thought along these lines, and now I've got some
inertia behind PO.  I once intended specialist magicks that required
costs be paid out of PO, but these are still just notes.  Tiem keeps on
slippin, into the future...

Didn't mind too much, myself, but when I went to paint that rainbow, I
didn't have any orange.  So, a bit of yellow, a bit of red...  :)
