of the talents that wizards do not have to pay more than
heroes to learn.

Just a couple of thoughts.  Personally, I don't mind
things the way they are.

Not bad. I assume that wizards can learn them at half price?!

Rick S. introduced the Biofeedback (11/2) talent that's very similar.
