(TFT) Codex 2000 update.

I have added my index of Advanced Wizard spells to the Codex 2000 :
www.loran.karoo.net/tft

Spells are listed by IQ then in alphabet order as Spell (Type); [Casting
cost/continuing cost] Then a summary of the spell effects. e.g.

IQ 8 Spells; Cost Remarks
Blur (T);    [1/1]   Subtracts 4 from DX of all attacks / spells against
subject.

As with my other TFT index's these are posted as text files.
