RE: (TFT) RE: Barbarian Prince

It was a programmed solitare FRP game created by Dwarfstar, a part of the
now defunct Heritage Games. It is in the class of a microgame. In it you
take the role of Cal Arath, a barbarian prince who has lost his throne to an
usurper and the objective of the game is to find enough money in 70 days to
buy an army to take back your throne. At the same time finding enemies and
allies along the way. The game came with two books (Melee/Wizard-sized),
two or three charts, 2d6, an excellent map that guides the game, and a
"lead" figure of Cal Arath to use as a pawn on the map. The game itself
could easily be converted to TFT and the backround is interesting. It has
been a topic of conversation on the microgame list serv for awhile.
