Yeah, after trying a couple of different combinations I have to agree with
you.

This table is TFT-modified from a table in FGU's Villians and Vigilantes
and I think it works out a little bit better. Let me know what you think.

SAMPLE COVER ARMOR VALUES

Objects are given ST points just like figures (see ITL:45 and AM:10).
Objects have a Hits Stopped and ST (20 x HS) value. Hs goes down -1 when
objects lose half their ST and -2 when hey lose 3/4 their ST (see AM:10).
