As for pistol accuracy, a tabloid-tv news show recently ran
security camera footage of a robbery. The store clerc fired
on the robber at 2 foot range, the robber returned fire at
4 foot range. Both proceeded to evade on paths 90 degrees
from each other, continuing to fire the remainder of ammo.
No hits. The robber probably had good dex and alertness to
dodge the clerks surprise first shot.
