Michael,Every player had to make a character who was in the same family. The Augustus Household. Pop Augustus was a shape shifter who had slept with everything. Even a robot. This way the players could play anything they wanted and still had a reason for knowing each other and interacting. Also when ever the session started to bog down with too much in-fighting I would just have Granny come swinging in and treat them like children till they got back on the mission.
