Sorry, but the traumatic flashback images of 'fire-snake-guy'
(Stretching, Fire, Animal Powers) and 'Basilisk' (3*Density Increase,
2*Larger, Paralysis... something like 85 Basic Hits) brought out the
zealot in me.

Not even Lance Macho (2* Heightened IQ, 4* Heightened CHA, about 70 CHA
total) could talk me into letting that damned 'random powers chart' off
its adamantium-kryptonite leash.

That said...  I agree, V&V is darn good.  Use only under a GM's
supervision.  :)
