Re: (TFT) Rules for the newbies

Yes, that's evident. If I really felt provoking you into doing anything was
that important I would've made a much more serious effort years ago. You are
not going to be able to provoke me into keeping quiet. Like a cranky old
drunk I will rant every now and then. If this annoys the management
sufficiently then I suspect they will warn me or boot me.

Well, dry your eye and don't, by any means, send me a photocopy of anything!
I've had most of the rules for over ten years now and, after extensive
searching, completed my set years ago. Besides, photocopies are annoying and
bulky because they're inevitably single sided. I mean, nobody ever wants to
use the duplex...

The Librarium was (is?) a great idea. Hands down the best answer to the sort
of chattel I posted. I've got nothing negative to say about the library.
BTW does the library have a copy of Tollenkar's Lair?

Good for you. When my search for ITL of a few years back uncovered a source
with two ridiculously cheap copies naturally I scored 'em both. Beats paying
the absurd price of $50 apiece (if not more). I think any shop that has TFT
stuff lying around in the dust probably doesn't know what its worth or they
would be charging the same overheated prices.

If I had a lap top, I'd read it on the throne...wait, maybe there's a
computer show this weekend... In all seriousness, I respect the thoroughness
of your posting. No doubt the discussion of HT's sanity is a real hoot! I
think I'll read that one, laptop or not.

Regardless of what anyone thinks of me or my postings if potential players
cannot get hold of the rules they cannot play the game.
