From: ed <edhogg@equus.demon.co.uk> Of course when the big rocks hit the walls from the beseiging trebuchets the glass pincers shatter and a readymade breach is created in the castle walls
That, and the expolding walls would only be good for eight days. Due to explosive gem decay. Then they would have to be recharged.
