That's a darn good question. Does anyone know how TFT "offiically" defines
a "Charge Attack"?

I believe that is when you are out of cash and just have to have that last copy of In The Laberynth. You get a charge attack and to defend from it you whip out your credit card BUY IT before bidding closes. Is that correct?
