Try this:

APPORT (IQ 18, S, Costs 4 fST, Dragon #32, Some Spells for the Very Smart
Sorcerer by Brad McMillan). Brings any non-magical, non-living object
(sword, dagger, etc) to the spellcaster. Items in the Possession of another
creature get a saving throw, three dice against adjDX (3/adjDX).
