(TFT) New Spell #5

Claws & Fangs(T) IQ 10:  The target of this spell instantly grows claws and 
fangs to attack with.  This will increase the damage a creature does without 
a weapon.  It costs 2 points of fatigue to cast this spell per 12 turns it 
will last.  The spell costs 1 point less if the wizard has a claw or fang.  
Here is a table of new damages based on strength.
