Same here. I use 0.1 kg for a small dagger, 0.2 kg for a normal-sized dagger, 
and 0.5 kg for a big dagger (St 9, only usable in HTH by "1-1/2 hex" figures 
- lizardmen & other big guys with St 14+)

Rapiers are 1 kg - as you say, they're rapiers, not foils or small-swords - 
and I've boosted the damage a touch from 1d to 2d-3 (which brings them in line 
with the other one-handed swords).
