(TFT) Stupid Newby Questions

Greetings all,

I am new to the list, a long time role player, but picking up TFT after many
years of neglect.  I've been doing mostly Traveller and modern RPG, but
wanted to try fantasy for a change.

I've always admired the simple elegance of melee and wizard so I've decided
that's the system to use.

A couple of quick questions.  Scouring the books, I haven't found how to
determine starting money or equipment for new characters.  Am I missing
something?

Also, are there any particularly useful websites useful to a GM new (or
returning after too many years) to TFT?
