(TFT) Question to list... Shooting twice per turn.

In the regular rules, do you count range 
adjustments for determining if you shoot
twice per turn?

I had thought not, but skimming the rules
in the OBVIOUS PLACES suggests that you
do.  Is this mentioned in an un-obvious 
place?

What do people do in their own campaigns?
