(TFT) Short Review of "Orks of the High Mountains" by Jerry Meyer Jr.

A new adventure published by Dark City Games, it is
a VERY short TFT adventure. There are 4 fights in
the 10 pg book with 12 human sized counters in the
short counter sheet. 5 pages are adventure, the
rest are rules.

This was distributed at Gen Con and I think it is
an attempt to popularize the TFT solo adventure
style of supplement to the D&D crowd. Thinking it
was the same size as Crown of Kings or Island of
Lost Spells I was delighted to pick this up for
$5 plus shipping on ebay.

It is a very standard introductory adventure, tho
well done. I noticed two paragraphs that could not
be reached via the paragraphs, (11 and 13). This
might be an error or deliberate.

The major thing of interest to TFT experts is a
new monster (a cave Kracken) including counter. It
will happily join my 1 & 3 hex octopii and other
under water monsters.

I doubt I will ever play it, but I'm still glad to
pick up this bit of TFT. Let it not be said that
I am not supporting Dark City Games!

Regards, Rick.
