Thanks. I have skimmed through several years of archives and found reference to the superscript system but I can't say that I found the "here's what it is and how it's done post". Any idea where to look?

Hi Aidan, everyone.
 Yes if you search the archives you will see a
variety of rules that do this.  The most common
is a system that allows you to learn more talents
per IQ.  I have done superscript rules which are
close to yours (and since the superscript is a
modifier to an attribute, there is always a
connection between them).

 Check out the archives, there are lots of good
stuff in them.
