Is the Uncle Jed? Do you mean from "the back hills" to "Beverly Hills"?

Actually, the idea of the enchanted tattoos is neat. I don't know why
you couldn't enchant a person. In fact, I think it is already allowed in
the current rule- the curse spell. I've always felt that it was a very
powerful spell, especially at 13 IQ. Compare that to the opposite, the
charm enchantment. I don't crunch numbers well but it seems we must like
curses more than blessings.
