In one week you would make 10 doses.  If you required
10 weeks people would bankrupt themselves building 
potions to sell.

In combat I allow players to ready and drink potions.
This takes: 1 round to open pouch, 1 round to ready
potion & 1 round to uncork it and drink it.  Usually
not worth the time in combat.
