David, you mention avoiding the "battlements" look. Something I've been toying with (only in my head, mind you), is walls that fit over the battlements like a sleeve. Kind of like you use the forest walls for, but instead of slipping behind the walls slipping right over them on either side. Just a different method of securing the walls in place.
