I suspose I'd best try a read of the list as much I'm trying to speak on deals with why 5 second turns can be divided to the benifit of the "shared" visual; i.e. it's not about how the GM sees the situation, rather it's about the GM being able to comunicate "their" vission to the players so as to be corrected by player "intention" so as to leave the {hexes, dice, maps, etc.} as tools so as to share a "common" visual.
