(TFT) The Duke of Dran

The Duke of Dran might ...

Inspire
Negotiate
Rally / Muster / Mobilize Forces
Command / Decree / Proclaim / Declare
Entertain
Winnow / Judge
Host / Show Hospitality
Lobby / Coerce / Badger
Bribe
Intimidate
Write Laws
Banter
Strategize / Plan
Politic
Scrye / Study

... in addition to all of the things other characters could do well.

You may ask, "Why can't my 32-point character do all of these things?" to
which I would reply, "These talents don't make a king; they simply make a
great man a great king!"

Let's call the "kingdom" the Duchy of Dran to keep it all on the same TFT
"page".
What can the Figure at the "top" of the power structures actually "do"
Action-wise that your starting 32pt "non-noble" hero can't?
What do y'all think?
