Re: (TFT) General Test of ITL Knowledge

I've come to think of it like this.

A thrown object moves at something like 80ish mph up to 100ish mph if thrown with talent at a roughly 6 inch in diameter target. Terminal velocity is an air thing and it'd take a monster with an arm like atlatl to throw something faster than it falls.

100 mph is over 170 hexes per turn.

The bows and early black powder weapons can loosely be thought of as the next range of velocities. In a generalized sense a missile projectile could be thought of as traveling a mega-hex for every hex a thrown projectile moves.

Of course, next there's modern high velocity firearms, then artillery, railguns
Lasers
Ughhh light is well over a billion hexes per turn.
Where spells fit into this is an interesting consideration but the visual for that multi-fire seems more like it was launched from a m203 than lobbed by hand.

If the mega-hex grid is fixed on the hex grid then where is mega-hex greenwhich?
