In combat you can bend down and pick up a weapon
which takes a full action.  (They get +2 DX 
attacking you as you bend down.)

However, if you are unengaged and not wasting time
being paranoid about being chopped you have more
flexibility.  You may scoop a weapon for 3 MA 
during the movement phase.

Actually I believe that there are two versions 
of this, one where you spend 0 MA and have to 
make a DX roll and one where you do it automatically
but spend 3 MA.  Is my memory correct on this?
