(TFT) Character creation tool

Hello,
I'd like to offer up something you may find useful.  I've created a software
tool for whipping up Melee characters.
It is free to download here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/melee/files/?

It is fully functional but could also be considered a work in progress.  It
could be a module in a playable game.
It is a Mac OS X app.  I welcome anyone who writes code and wishes to
collaborate.  If you think it sucks, make it better.  The code is maintained
