good point. As I know people who aren't smart enough to be frightened at times [the 'brave fools' of the world] perhaps it should be 9 or even 10?

Rolling vs IQ (or ST) has a flaw for really low IQ/ST creatures. Would rats
die from seeing this thing? Killer bees? Seems like the fear from an
apparition might only work on creatures with IQ of 8 or more (smart enough
to be afraid of it).
