I found someone's modified version of d20 Traveller psionics at http://www.freelancetraveller.com/features/rules/t20psionics.html

Not RAW but a couple of observations:

* narrow, simple and clean

* one of the things it can't do is "these aren't the droids you're looking for".

Are these features of the original Traveller psionics?
