If you have a copy of Interplay #8, can you scan it and make it available? I've never seen one, and you are the only person I've ever known of to affirmatively state that you have one.
As for the rest, yes, I believe I wrote later that by going to "other formats" you can download the actual PDF.

actually, you can download them as PDFs right from the site
Click on the title you are interested in, e.g. "Space_Gamer_12"
Click on the "info" (circle i) button, which brings up "About this book"
Click on "PDF" in the "other formats" section
et voila!
