(TFT) Wizard map.....

I recently got hold of what appears to be a mint copy of Wizard.  However, the map is kind of cheesy.  It looks like a B&W photocopy and is not printed on the heavier bond paper my Melee map was printed on.  Did Metagaming go to a photocopied map in later editions, or was this maybe a case in which someone bought up a bunch of components for assembly and came up short on maps?
