(TFT) Tollenkar's Lair versions

I was reading Interplay #6 (Mar/Apr '82), and HT's "Coming Distractions" 
column mentions the release of a revised, expanded Lair "in a few weeks".
My yellow-covered copy is (c)1980, with no mention of revisions.

It's possible that the version with the ITL-style cover was the '82
revised edition, but I don't know anyone who's got one to check.
