Alternate Character Creation for TFT Traveller

Inspired by the ?Pre-enlistment Skills in Traveller? article by Warren
Okuma in Space Gamer #73

While I personally think that Ty?s TFT Traveller Character Generation
system is great for preserving the flavor of Classic Traveller, I know that
my players wouldn?t like Traveller precisely because of the character
generation system. They prefer much more free-form character creation.
Therefore I?m presenting this alternative that is much more like the
original TFT character creation system and allows players greater freedom
of choice. This allows characters to be created without Terms of Service. 
The player basically creates their character from a starting point total of
32-points just as in normal TFT. 
Attribute Range: The character?s age determines both the minimum and
maximum Attributes allowed for the character. Note that this only applies
to starting age. After character creation, experience my allow the
Attributes to go as high as the GM allows. 
Mustering Out: The character?s age determines which Mustering Out tables
they are allowed to roll on.

Mustering Out Tables
Of course, you don?t actually ?muster out? with this system ? its really
just a fair way of generating starting cash and equipment without
long-drawn out shopping expeditions. Characters may choose to roll for
either Cash or Materials on the Table appropriate to their age.
