I liked the psionic rules, but they were horribly unbalanced - so they
wound up like the Martial Arts rules - great rules no GM in his right mind
would ever let you use. 

My favorite psionics system was FGU's Psi world. 

I'm thinking about a very simple model of psionics for TFT Traveller that
just hit the 'basics' of psionics, but I haven't had much free time to get
to it.
