There's no "handedness" in Advanced Melee, but there is a left-handed weapon,
the main-gauche.  There are penalties for using it as a shield AND a weapon
or using 2 daggers (or a dagger and a main-gauche) in HTH combat.  There's
also a Two Weapons talent that lets fight with a weapon in each hand without
the normal -6 DX adjustment most fighters would incur for this.
