(TFT) IQ and Skills

I played in a long-term TFT campaign back in the heyday of TFT. The 
solution out GM, the venerable Bill Seurer used for the skill problem was one 
already proposed, but with different names.

When taking a new point one could spend it normally on IQ, DX or ST, or one 
could spend it on two Skill points. Since your IQ didn't go up, you got two for 
one to spend on skills. Since IQ is part skills and part all the other things IQ 
gets you, this was an equitable solution all around.

So, don't call it adjIQ, call it Skill points.
