(TFT) 3d6 Probability as a Percent

Question for the list.  On rolling 3d6, what is the probability of rolling a
5 as a percentage?  I know one of you out there has a table like this.  I
need the table as 3 equaling the lowest percent (1-100%) ascending to 18
equaling the highest.

I am trying to convert something and I misplaced (a nice way to say lost)
the table I own.
