No, it's not legal to make copies of the magazines and make copies,
electronically or otherwise, publically available.  However, if you
mention which specific articles you're interested in, you might find
the Interplay elves leaving you a copy in your mailbox.

Such *private* distribution would be less offensive to the copyright
enforcers.
