Rick,

It's a sequel or addition to the Free City that fills in a lot of the areas
of the city that were left blank in the Free City.  I had mentioned before
two other sequels that were originally intended for "Land beyond the
Mountains" ended up as part of the Thieve's Guild system that was
Gamelord's.  They were City of the Sacred Flame (Shaylle in Darok from LBTM)
and Within the Tyrants Demise (Plaize in Dihad from LBTM).  These were
originally to be the TFT cities but when Metagaming folded Gamelords still
used them but changed the system.
