 Since by the time a character gets UC V is after a LOT of experience, 
chances are a good number of foes will have DX of above 16.<

UC1     10      2       13
UC2     12      2       14
UC3     14      2       14
UC4     14      2       15
UC5     14      3       16

It would take   38 points - at an ST 8 to reach UC5. And that leaves you 3
IQ points to spare. Probably too much dedication for most PCs to reach.
