That was between me and Marc Thompson.  The details are in
the archives, but the short version is that unless someone
shows up with a serious offer, HT isn't interested in any
part of the gaming world.  He doesn't want to hear about
half-formed ideas about re-releases, percentage deals or
anything else that isn't essentially a firm offer.

There was a lawyer who had wanted to make a serious offer,
but I never heard what happened.  In fact, I haven't heard from
my lawyer friend in about 8 months, so I've assumed he either
never got everything together or made the offer and was turned
down.
