(TFT) Mystery Talent

BLACKSMITH (Blacksmith, IQ 10, Costs 1, cb). Ability to work metals. A
person with this talent can make horseshoes, nails, etc. A blacksmith can
only make ?inferior? weapons, doing -3 points less and adding an extra -3
adjDX and -3 TT. Armourer and Master Armourer cost 1 less if you have this
talent. 


Does anyone have any idea what the "TT" is suppossed to mean in this
talent?
