(TFT) Re: Powerful wizards recovering ST faster

	Rather than adding a new attribute that 
says how fast fST recovers, I would rather have a
rule like this:

	Optional rule for Humans sized figures:
	At 8 ST you recover one point of fST
damage every 15 minutes.  Every 4 ST higher
than that reduces this time by 1 minute.  This is
not a big deal in combat but over a course of a 
day it adds up.  This also makes high ST 
apprentices more valuable since they can legally
give 10 fST extra each day for each 4 ST over 8
(but should get some sort of monetary reward
for the extra work say an extra $1 per level per
week).
