Random tables can provide some odd results.  The lady in question seems
to me to have begun a normal enough sort of harlot, until taken by local
law for her preferences and  tossed into the arena, where she learned
Net and Trident, and Bolas.  Perhaps she survived to fight her way free,
or perhaps a softening of society's views altered her sentence, but it
seems she next found herself making, but not using, bows.  I imagine a
sweatshop sort of affair, arming some great but pitiless nation's armies
for war...

Now in her fading years, she likely has a small shop, where she lathes
arrows with arthritic fingers, and dreams about what might have been...

I think a GM has to process the random results, like I did above, and
feel out the personality from there.  I wouldn't get too detailed, or at
least be prepared to explain the results.  :)
