This is one really great spell!  Very powerful stuff.
I'm not sure who would hate it more, the PC's with 
all their stone-flesh doohickeys, or the monsters with
high natural armor.  

One wonders about the items that might be associated
with it.  Arrows that put the effect on their target?
I can already see the 'immunity to' items being ordered...
