(TFT) HTML posts

A few people have been sending messages to the list that are either half or 
entirely HTML. When a message comes through entirely in HTML, I simply 
skip it. It's too much of a headache to read. Is there any chance that folks 
could turn off their HTML formatting in their email programs? Just a friendly 
suggestion.
